With the use of essential oil blends that will be formulated just for you after the consultation to meet your specific needs and Swedish  massage techniques to further treat your back. BACK MASSAGE WITH VOLCANIC HOT STONES – 30 mins – £33
Indulge yourself in a unique experience of a back massage with volcanic hot stones. Starting with warm mitts on the soles of the feet to enhance the relaxing and warming effect. Followed by hot stones that are kept in hot water and later placed on your back to ease muscle stiffness and melt away tension using massage techniques. The warmth of the stones will not only aid your relaxation, but encourage blood flow throughout your body.

GRECIAN SIGNATURE BACK FACIAL – 40 mins – £38
An ultimate back treatment that will leave your back feeling pampered and soft. Beginning by exfoliating with warm olive oil and sea salt sweeping away dead cells, leaving your skin detoxified and wonderfully silky. This is followed by an aromatic massage to relax and ease all muscle tension. A clay mask is added and wrapped in a body sheet and blanket for warmth to deeply cleanse and hydrate your skin. PREGNANCY MESSAGE – 40 mins – £41
A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. As a term, ‘pregnancy massage’ applies to any hands-on massage treatment for a woman during her pregnancy. It can therefore vary enormously in terms of what it consists of. However, for many women, pregnancy massage benefits include easing aches and pains, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for labour. As with other body massages, you’ll lie on a massage table and you may be given additional cushions or specially shaped bolsters, to make lying more comfortable. Usually you’ll lie on your side, particularly later in pregnancy, when this is more comfortable. There are many different massage techniques which can be drawn on by the therapist for pregnancy massage. Typically, deeper tissue techniques will be avoided, and more gentle techniques will be used. This 40 mins massage treatment will focus on you shoulders, back and lower back .
