My name is Lily and I am the founder of Grecian Health and Beauty based in the heart of the beautiful village of Bishampton, just 10 minutes from Pershore.
At the age of 19, I realised I wanted to be part of the amazing beauty industry, being part of it all my life through my mum being a beauty therapist herself for over 40 years made my decision final.
After graduating from AKMI beauty college in Thessaloniki, finishing my masters and receiving the Cidesco Beauty Therapist Diploma, I then worked hard and gained experience in beauty salons throughout Greece mainly being alongside my mum. I would help her in the salon to gain and learn as much as I could from her.
At the age of 22, I decided to expand my knowledge and experience in the UK. I worked as a spa therapist at the Alveston Manor Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon, where I became an Elemis therapist.
After a year, I wanted to try something different and worked for 4 and a half years in a busy beauty salon ‘Gorgeous Obsession’, in the centre of Stratford, where I focused on nails, lashes, waxing, make up and tanning. During this time, I managed to undertake training in volume lashes by ‘KG Lash Professional’.
In November 2019, I decided to take on my own business adventure and open my own beauty salon that would combine my passion for both the holistic side and the beauty side of the industry. I travelled back to Greece to do a course in one shot lash lift by ‘Elleebana’.
Recently, through lockdown, I undertook training to become a ‘Eve Taylor’ therapist, a UK based aromatherapy skincare brand. In addition, I also took part in the 2020 British Hair and Beauty Talent Awards and achieved the Silver Award for best beauty therapist.
My aim is with my passion and experience to help you relax, unwind and beautify in a cosy and friendly environment that will provide the ‘YOU time’ we all need!
